Springfield to Saint Louis – 97.3 miles
We visited the Abraham Lincoln Museum in Springfield. It provided
us with an emotional, evocative, immersive journey through Lincoln's
life. I am very much impressed by these rich historical
collections. Excellent exhibitions from the time of famous debate
to the Ford Theater and his last long journey to Springfield!
We had a deaf event at the Greater Saint Louis Deaf Club about four
miles from where we stayed in a motel. Upon our arrival at a
motel, we found out that the motel is gross and filthy. We decided to
move on to the other motel near the international airport.
At night we learned that the weather forecast told us that it will be
raining all day tomorrow (Tuesday). Shoot! Bobby Skedsmo |

After seeing the Lincoln museum, we had a lunch at Route 66
hotel in Springfield, Il
